What the heck is a Rickubis?

Now, to answer the question at the top of this page:   My name is Rick.  Anubis is my dog's name.
Some years ago (circa august of 1993), I started talking to some people over the internet (It was on the Prodigy service). Dog lovers. Specifically, Basenji lovers.
Back then, he used to climb up on my lap while I was online.  I would sign my posts "Rick and Anubis". This soon became Rickubis, while we corresponded with
 all those Basenji folks way back when I was on Prodigy. I decided to keep the name. So, there it is.  Now you know what a Rickubis is.
I just know that question was keeping y'all awake nights.
